Job Description

  • Create A Marketing Playbook and SOP for Branding, ATL & BTL, Merchant Relationship, and related marketing channels
  • Lead, Coordinate, and monitor all area marketing to implement marketing playbook and SOP
  • Ensuring that the store's visual identity (logo, colors, layout) and customer experience align with the overall brand guidelines
  • Develop localized in-store POP merchandising,warehouse management, event organizing and oversee the implementation of overall marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in-store.
  • Standardize store staff on brand guidelines, customer service protocols, and product knowledge to ensure a consistent brand experience.
  • Cascade national campaign and ensure all displays and communications are aligned
