Opportunity Description
Regional Manager of Conservation – Restoration (Prairies Region) Position: Full‑time, 35‑hour week. Hybrid within the Prairies Region, with preference for Regina, Saskatoon, Edmonton, or Calgary.
Salary range: $119,300 – $151,000, based on education and experience. Closing deadline: July 12, 2026 (11:59 PM EDT).
What You Will Do Reporting to the Director of Regional Operations (DRO), you will lead wetland and upland restoration efforts across the Prairie Provinces. You will manage a team of 25 staff, oversee a budget of 8–10 million dollars, and deliver restoration programming in alignment with DUC’s business plan goals.
Oversee professional development and succession planning within the regional team.
Support recruitment, performance management, and career development.
Ensure adherence to DUC’s corporate policies and serve as a role model.
Lead the development of regional objectives and delivery plans for restoration programming.
