Drive asset performance and reliability as the Regional Lead – Reliability & Maintenance at Saputo. Lead initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and optimize maintenance procedures across Canadian sites. In this vital role, you will oversee reliability engineering efforts, collaborating closely with Site Maintenance Managers and Engineers. Your leadership will ensure that maintenance practices align with corporate standards while reducing unplanned downtime and improving asset lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should be adept in reliability methodologies like RCM and RCA, and have robust analytical skills to drive performance improvements.
