This role reports to the Manager of IT Ontario Operations and involves technical expertise in network and voice/radio solutions. You will design, implement, and support OT/Operational network infrastructure like private LTE/5G while collaborating within a Global team. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll be guiding AEM Ontario in adopting the latest industrial network technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide escalated support for network infrastructure projects
• Conduct site surveys and RF designs for mine networks
• Advise on network testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
