Regional General Manager - LASA

Responsibilities

1. Based on the Company Vision and 3~5 years’ Strategy, build the regional business strategy and action plan to achieve company's strategic goals;
2. Establish the proper organizational structure to attract talent and enable the team with clear objectives, a diversified culture, and trustful teamwork;
3. Develop and manage distribution channels so as to improve market coverage & business win rate as well as optimize the usage of the resource;
4. Develop and engage with Key Accounts to build brand awareness and reputation as well as establish a local reference site;
5. Establish a regional platform to enhance capability, including but not limited to Workflow, Operation, Service, Logistics, and Training;
6. Based on Market Trends, and Customer needs, continuously improve operational efficiency and ROI, ultimately ensure the Top line and bottom line results;
