Regional Financial Controller Role

Shape the financial landscape as Regional Controller, managing sites in BC and AB. Focus on maintaining precise financial statements and leading a skilled accounting team.
In this position, the Regional Controller will implement accounting best practices, oversee financial reporting, and support operations. This includes mentoring a team of eight across AP, AR, and payroll, while ensuring strong internal controls in line with applicable accounting standards. You'll also conduct site volume reconciliations and assist in the audit process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting and financial information
• Mentor the administrative and accounting staff
• Manage billing, revenue recognition, and collections
• Oversee general ledger entries and inventory checks
• Support internal and external audit activities
