Responsibilities
Lead, coach, mentor, and support Business Developers throughout Ontario
Conduct regular field coaching and customer-facing sales support
Drive accountability through KPI management and performance reviews
Support hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management initiatives
Ensure CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy across the region
Build and execute territory and regional growth strategies
Collaborate with Business Developers on opportunity development and pipeline growth
Support strategic customer acquisition and relationship development
Identify market opportunities and competitive threats
Deliver regular reporting to executive leadership
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of direct outside B2B field sales management experience
