Job Summary
Regional Availability Expert (RAE) for P&G Canada, supporting the GTA Central territory. The role focuses on executing store‑level and territory‑level availability strategies to meet head‑quarter sales goals for P&G Grooming and Oral Care products, primarily at Walmart stores.
Responsibilities
- Understand the P&G Grooming and Oral Care businesses, objectives, categories, marketplace, and competitors.
- Develop working relationships with Regional Availability Manager to identify issues and implement solutions that improve point‑of‑sale, in‑stock, open‑sales, and display compliance.
- Own all stores within the allocated territory and prioritize them based on greatest opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with department, store, and zone management to align on new display and checkout distribution and improve in‑stock fundamentals.
