Position Summary:

The RM will play an integral role in developing, setting and executing on the strategic direction for both the  the Region and the Plumbing Division as a whole. The region currently consists of 20+ locations (known as Profit Centres (PC’s)).

Included in the strategic vision and execution are the following:

• Develop, Communicate and Deliver on Long-Term Regional Vision and Plans - The RM will develop a roadmap to clearly define objectives and goals on a 3, 5, and 10-year horizon.  This includes strategic alignment and relationships with select strategic vendors and customer segments.
