Sunbelt Rentals is hiring a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic to support our growing Power & HVAC division in Winnipeg .

What You'll Work On

• Industrial and commercial chillers
• High‑capacity heaters & hydronic heating systems
• Industrial air handling units (AHUs)
• Temporary cooling/heating units
• Power generation and pumping systems
• Supporting equipment (diesel engines, controls, electrical systems)

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on:
  • Industrial chillers (air‑cooled & water‑cooled)
  • Large‑scale heaters, boilers & hydronic systems
  • Air handling units and ventilation equipment
  • Temporary and emergency HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues
• Complete preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and safety
