Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Faculty

*Deliver theory and practical training on Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) systems. *Conduct hands-on sessions on installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. *Train students on Split AC, Window AC, Cassette AC, VRF/VRV, and Commercial Refrigeration systems. *Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstrations. *Assess student performance through theory tests and practical evaluations. *Maintain attendance, training records, and progress reports. *Ensure proper use and maintenance of lab equipment, tools, and workshop facilities. *Enforce safety standards and best practices during practical sessions. *Mentor students and provide technical guidance for skill development. *Support placement activities by preparing students for interviews and industry requirements. *Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards. *Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth batch execution.
