Reentry Specialist Supervisor - Middleton

NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a non‑profit human services agency, is seeking a Reentry Specialist Supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership across multiple reentry and case management programs in partnership with the Essex County Sheriff’s Department. This role plays a critical part in supporting justice‑involved individuals through high‑quality, evidence‑based services that promote successful community reintegration.

The Reentry Specialist Supervisor will oversee service delivery across several locations, including the Middleton Jail and House of Correction, Essex County Pre‑Release and Re‑entry Center, Women in Transition Center, and Supporting Transition and Reentry (STAR) programs in Lynn and Lawrence.
