Red Seal Journeyman Plumber/Gasfitter A

ATCO Frontec is looking for a motivated Red Seal Journeyman Plumber/Gas Fitter to join our Facility Solutions team in Edmonton.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lead hand for the construction crew, providing guidance and support as needed
• Perform gas fitting work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct cross connection and backflow prevention maintenance & repair.
• Conduct Annual boiler maintenance for both steam and hot water Boilers as per ABSA.
• Conduct timely inspections, testing, and accurate reporting of equipment defects and deficiencies.
• Replace toilets, bathroom and kitchen sinks, and bathtubs.
• Utilize power auger for toilets, bathtubs, and main lines.
• Replace hot water tanks and furnaces (40,000 & 60,000 BTU).
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.
