Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, troubleshooting, and testing to diagnose and determine necessary repairs
• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical system failures, repair engine issues, and replace parts as needed
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality
• Communicate with service advisors and dispatchers if additional work is needed
• Assist in writing work orders, conducting test rides, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace
• Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
