Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with strong expertise in Engineering and Bulk Hiring across O&M, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, especially engineering and manufacturing positions, within tight timelines. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sourcing skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience in managing volume hiring drives while ensuring quality closures.
