Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented Recruiting Manager to lead our global talent acquisition function and deliver the exceptional talent needed to support our rapid growth. Success in this role will be measured by hiring outcomes, pipeline strength, and the ability to consistently attract and hire top talent for our globally recognized Edtech platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global team of 8+ recruiters.
• Own recruiting performance and hiring outcomes across global business functions, ensuring critical roles are filled with qualified talent within established timelines.
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and proactively align recruiting efforts.
