We are a fast-growing UK-based cleaning company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be responsible for finding, contacting, and onboarding cleaners across the UK.
Working closely with the HR Manager & Operations team, you'll provide end-to-end recruitment administration support, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact candidates via phone and conduct short interviews.
Maintain online candidate records.
Keep Excel sheets and records accurate and up to date (data capturing).
Manage emails and calendars using Outlook.
Provide general admin support to the Operations team.
Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages.
