Overview

TransPerfect is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this full‑time role, you will recruit and place 1099 independent contractors for a variety of client projects across multiple industries. You will work closely with our clients to understand their workforce needs and source, screen, and place 1099 talent.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand their staffing needs for independent contractors.
• Utilize recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.) to find qualified 1099 talent.
• Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
• Guide 1099 contractors through the hiring process, from offer to contract execution, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
