Recruiter II (Onsite)

Job Description

Recruiter II interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants
• Assist with recommendations to hiring managers on candidate hire, and partner with stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates
