Our financial services client is seeking a Recruiter (5-7 years of experience) to support high-volume retail hiring using full-cycle recruitment processes

Join a high-volume talent acquisition team supporting retail hiring initiatives within a major banking environment. This role manages full-cycle recruitment activities including intake meetings, requisition management, interviews, hiring events, background checks, offers, and pipeline initiatives. The position offers exposure to enterprise recruitment operations while partnering closely with branch managers and internal hiring teams. Candidates will join a collaborative team environment with training and shadowing support provided.
