Join our award-winning Stroke Early Supported Discharge Program as a Recreation Therapist I in Grande Prairie. Provide client-centered recreation therapy both at home and within an interdisciplinary team.
In this part-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating assessments and delivering therapeutic recreation services to clients. Working under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, you'll ensure evidence-based practices while collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members. You will assist in documentation and program implementation with two trained assistants to enhance client care.
