About the Role

Mount Royal University Cougars Athletics and Recreation is seeking a Recreation Facility Attendant to support the operation of indoor and outdoor recreation facilities. This role includes facility checks, event set‑up and take‑down, equipment and space preparation, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

This is a flexible position whose work schedule is variable and may include an irregular schedule of not less than three (3) hours per shift and up to thirty‑five (35) hours per week. Shifts are scheduled for afternoons and evenings, Monday through Friday, and morning through evening on weekends.
