Hauptaufgaben

Performs lifeguard duties, responsible of safeguarding the lives of persons using the swimming pool. Rescues swimmers and administers first aid as required. Ensures that safety rules are followed. May be called upon to conduct swimming instruction. Observes activities in and around the pool to insure compliance with safety and sanitation rules; provides information to swimmers regarding safety regulations; enforces all pool regulation with tact. Rescues swimmers and administers immediate assistance to any person in trouble in the water, and renders first aid to injured persons.
