As a deployed Reconditioning Specialist team member, you will deliver exercise and reconditioning services to Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nations across the world, enhancing morale and welfare of troops during six‑month deployments. You lead reconditioning programs for CAF members with medical conditions, design specific interventions, provide training and professional development, and support healthy practices and injury prevention through educational programs and special events.
