Receiving Control
Verify and inspect all incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
Check all deliveries against Purchase Orders, Market Lists, or Requisitions.
Ensure all invoices and delivery orders are timestamped and properly documented.
Raise credit note requests for rejected items.
Maintain strict compliance with food safety requirements (Biological, Chemical & Physical hazards).
Leadership & People Management
Lead and motivate the Receiving team through hands-on supervision.
Set clear standards and monitor work performance consistently.
Provide feedback, coaching, and onthejob training for new team members.<...
