Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the USACE DHA for Real Estate Personnel to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: You will lead real estate acquisitions for the District's civil works mission. You'll negotiate land purchases, easements, and leases, mentor junior staff, and advise leadership. Prepare planning reports, manage relocation law compliance, and represent the agency in stakeholder meetings. Responsibilities In a developmental capacity, the incumbent of this position will be given increasingly complex assignments until the full performance level is reached.
