Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all project phases: design, procurement, and construction
• Manage schedules, budgets, and invoice processing
• Conduct site visits and manage RFIs and punch lists
• Build trusted client relationships and identify new opportunities
• Administer consultant and contractor procurement processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
