ABOUT THE ROLE
The Market Analyst will be an integral member of a dynamic and collaborative team involved in a wide breadth of industrial and commercial real estate development projects. This role works directly with the COO, VP Sales & Marketing, and VP Acquisitions & Asset Management, while collaborating cross-functionally with leadership across development, finance, and operations.
This position supports investment decision‑making through market research, financial analysis, acquisitions support, and strategic reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining market intelligence and supporting the execution of acquisition and development initiatives.
