R&D Technician I

Pilot plants at UOP are bench scale assemblies of high-pressure equipment where experiments are conducted for the purpose of catalyst and process development for the Refinery and Petrochemical industries.

You will report directly to our Sr R&D Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our McCook, Illinois location on an On-site work schedule.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ As a shift Operator you will operate, monitor, and take readings on group of pilot plants.
+ This includes collecting samples for the labs to analyze.
+ You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area.
+ Make use of the Honeywell Operating System to continuously make improvements.
