R&D Engineering Supervisor (Ciudad Juárez)

Job Overview

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead the engineering activities for the switchboard and panelboard product lines at our Bravos Juarez facility in Mexico. The role serves as the primary liaison between our Mexican and U.S. engineering teams, standardizes bus layout design across plants, and drives process improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the engineering team and assist management in direct oversight of the department’s daily activities.
• Develop a staffing plan, identify resource requirements, obtain approvals for changes, and coordinate the selection process with Human Resources.
• Provide direction to team members on engineering spreadsheets, UL standards, and NEC requirements.
