R&D Documentation Specialist

Kor Nutra is seeking a detail-oriented R&D Documentation Specialist to support our nutraceutical gummy research and development team. This role is critical to ensuring our formulation records, testing documentation, and regulatory compliance materials meet the rigorous standards required in a GMP-regulated dietary supplement manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with R&D scientists, Quality, and Regulatory teams to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation across new product development and formulation projects.

• Create, review, and maintain R&D documentation including formulation records, batch development reports, stability study documentation, and analytical testing records
• Draft and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications, and technical protocols in support of new product development
