R&D Associate Scientist I — Chewing Gum Innovation

Mondelēz International is seeking an Associate Scientist I for the Global Gum Platform to drive RDQ activities required for new product development, portfolio maintenance and productivity projects with emphasis on delivering a consumer experience.

With guidance from a manager, you will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials following GMP and HACCP, write technical reports, analyze results, and create consumer-led specifications to support scalable production.
