Position: R&D Engineer – Smart Power (ELSP) – Apodaca, Nuevo León
Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico. Work model: On site (#LI-On Site).
Reports to: Chapter Leader, Solution Engineering Switchboards.
Accountabilities Maintain recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work. Find new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them. Document work results (e.g., findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them. Understand and initiate IP generation in your area of specialization and participate in the project IP strategy development. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in similar positions. Experience in mechanical design related to electrical components or equipment (preferred).
