As an Executive Assistant, your role will involve direct support to a Senior Vice President and Vice President, managing schedules and travel logistics. You will also handle expense reports and liaise with various business departments. Your focus will be on refining processes and ensuring timely communication among executives and their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate executive meetings and travel arrangements
• Act as a key contact for scheduling inquiries
