Dates of Coverage: Start as soon as credentialing is complete for long term coverage.
Details/Requirements:
Onsite Nuclear Medicine
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
All Nuclear Medicine inclusive of PET/CT and SPECT/CT
Must be Board Certified Nuclear Medicine with fellowship
Specialized nuclear medicine technologists for support
Active Illinois license preferred, open to IMLC
Quick Credentialing could be accommodated
