*Purpose of this position:*Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer and in conjunction with the radiologists to ensure service line development, personnel management and resource allocation and control in order to support and enhance patient care. Responsible for Radiology services provided within the hospital and satellite clinics.
*_RESPONSIBILITIES_*
* Plan and implement short and long term goals; organize, define, and manage staff and capital equipment in radiology aligned with vision and mission statements
* Select, train, evaluate leadership team consistent with organizational policies, code of conduct, essentials, performance standards, strategic plan and vision. Coach’s and develops direct reports providing feedback, leadership development, problem solving and decision-making skills. Completes annual performance appraisals
