RF Network Design & Planning

• Perform RF planning and design activities for LTE and 5G networks.
• Develop and optimize coverage, capacity, and quality plans using industry-standard planning tools.
• Conduct link budget analysis and coverage predictions.
• Perform PCI, neighbor, azimuth, tilt, and parameter planning.
• Evaluate new site candidates and recommend network expansion strategies.
• Execute Monte Carlo simulations and propagation model tuning.
• Utilize Automatic Cell Planning (ACP) tools to improve network design efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain planning specifications, network databases, and design documentation.

RF Optimization & Performance Improvement

• Analyze network performance KPIs including accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput.
