Responsibilities

• Effective deployment and management of resources needed to achieve project goals.
• Design and develop products from concept through design, qualification, and production.
• Formulate and adhere to standards and procedures for Product Development.
• Use CAD models, 3-D Surface Models, and physical prototypes to show design intent and feasibility of concepts.
• Continuous communication and collaboration with internal staff or teams for successful projects.
• Create bench work for problem solving related operation and Quality management and review results with related areas (Mfg, Engineering, QA, etc.)
• Create action plans for Parts Quality improvement/Process optimization
• Cost reduction projects in Mechanical Parts.
• Standardization projects in Mechanical Parts
