Cell Therapy Site Lead (CTSL) & Therapeutic Area Specialist (TAS)

Responsibilities (CTSL)

• Lead the onboarding, launch, and ongoing support of BMS’s revolutionary cell therapies in Canadian centers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional BMS teams and site stakeholders (clinical staff, ICU, pharmacy, laboratory, operations) to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Engage with CAR T centers to assess unique needs and develop customized onboarding plans with clear timelines.
• Maintain regular contact with CAR T site stakeholders to address feedback, manage issues promptly, and foster innovative ideas.
• Enhance operational excellence through customer‑friendly solutions and process optimization.
• Manage slot availability and demand, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Partner with the Hematology Brand Lead, other CTSLs, and MSLs to ensure a cohesive, center‑specific approach.
