Quantity Surveyor — Tendering, Costs & Reporting

To manage and co-ordinate with team members, subcontractors and suppliers to meets the contract budgets, specifications and requirements : -

• In-charge of tendering
• Request quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers including negotitation with them
• Ensure all are in track to submissions, deadlines and schedules
• Monitor and report on project process
• Investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in a timely methodPrepare billings and report monthly
• Prepare variation orders/ extension of time
• Liasison with project site teams an ensure timely completion of activities
• Other adhoc duties by management assigned from time to time
