- Familiar with Quantity Surveying, Tender Taking Off, Processing and Formulating Progress Claims and Claim Certification.
- Knowledge of contract / tender documents administration.
- Possess a Diploma/ Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Engineering from a recognized Institution
- Min 2 Years of Quantity Surveying Experience as QS or similar duties with fair knowledge of Construction Details and Process.
- Possess fair knowledge for Microsoft Words and Excel
