Quality Systems Specialist

Located in Pudahuel, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile, this hybrid position is part of Medtronic’s Quality Assurance team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and standards.
• Provide expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and governmental requirements, and internal regulations to guarantee compliance.
• Work directly with operational entities to continuously monitor process analyses, enforce requirements, and meet regulatory obligations.
• Lead the preparation of audits and inspections, resolve audit findings, and act as liaison with audit teams and inspectors throughout audit phases.
• Prepare and deliver required documentation such as corrective and preventive action reports to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
