Job Description

• Plans and develops the administration of processes and their interactions, coordinating the WOW system in sections relevant to quality.
• Plans, develops, implements and establishes control mechanisms for processes and their interactions related to process quality.
• Participates in the quoting of new business by understanding client requirements, analyzing processes, and determining direct labor needs.
• Supervises quality inspections carried out during the logistics process.
• Performs internal and external audits of the company.
• Manages audits and training for quality inspectors.
