**Full-Time| M-F, 8am-4:30pm| Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position.**
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):**
The Quality Risk and Patient Safety Officer develops, implements, and oversees a comprehensive healthcare Risk Management Program to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risk across CNO Health Services. You will ensure compliance with federal, Tribal, and accreditation standards while promoting patient safety, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Oversee the risk management program by implementing policies, enforcing compliance, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational risk exposure.
2. Direct administration of RL Datix (incident reporting system); ensure timely intake, classification, escalation, and resolution of 100% reported events.
3. Conduct and oversee investigations of adverse events, sentinel events, and near misses; perform root cause analyses (RCA) and implement corrective actions t...
