• Manage specific projects, programmer and automation profile, pilots action plans to reduce deviations in the shop, conducts root cause investigations.
• Analyze the processes and determine the proposal to automate what is necessary.
• Manages and performs the On Job Monitoring Program (OJM) & spot audits ensures its implementation, validates the suitability of corrective actions.
• Pilots specific projects to reduce deviations in the shop.
• Responds to anomalies or deviations between areas.
• Follow-up on doubts or clarifications in daily workshop activities.
• Communicate Quality Alerts and RETEX.
• Works with other areas in the review and preparation of internal procedures, ensure their compliance with the company's Policies and the requirements of the Authority.
