QUALITY MANAGER

At COFICAB, we are looking for a strategic and customer-oriented Quality Manager to lead our Quality function within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance with international automotive standards. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead a high-performing Quality team, and serve as the voice of the customer within the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Plant Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standard, VDA requirements, and customer-specific requirements.
