**Quality Manager**
**Reports to: Plant Manager**
**Work Location: Saltillo, Mexico**
We have an exciting opportunity at our Saltillo Facility for a hands-on problem solver who is excited about taking Motus quality to the NEXT level. The **Quality Manager** will be responsible for providing oversight to quality management system documentation, manage customer interaction and escalation processes and lead and mentor plant quality management teams to exceed customer expectations
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and maintain Customer scorecard reporting process to track performance and drive continuous improvement
- Lead and direct customer 8Ds and problem-solving activities to ensure highest customer satisfaction always
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requirements
- Ensure LPA process is robust and supports a continuous improvement culture
- Support internal and external issue escalation process; identify gaps and corrective actions for issue ...
