Quality Manager — 350 MW Solar Project QMS Lead

Phelan Green Group in South Africa is seeking a Quality Manager to own the Quality Management System for a 350 MW utility-scale solar PV construction project. You will drive quality excellence from construction through COD and align with ISO 9001:2015.

You’ll oversee IMS integration with ISO 9001/45001/14001, manage ITPs, NCRs, traceability, test packs and handover records, and work closely with Independent Engineer, lenders and project teams.
