Department: Quality Job Summary
Provide Support and leadership on Quality, product integrity and continuous improvement processes and systems aimed to achieve customer satisfaction. Provide overall leadership and direction in support of the internal process assembly and feeders and all other external customers on all BPI, Six Sigma, Quality and LEAN activities. Focuses on parts/product safety and warranty for the customer. Carries out and leads root cause analysis and resolution for customer issues. Steers the approach of product quality to ensure warranty targets are met and minimized. Define and lead projects in order to improve plant’s indicators (PPM, Warranty Claims, Fill Rate, On-Time Performance, Yield, and Scrap).
