Quality & Food Safety Manager — Plant Excellence

Barry Callebaut Group in Nuevo León, General Escobedo, seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Leader to drive food safety, quality, and compliance across the plant. You will develop the QA team, oversee CAPA, audits, and lab operations, and partner with operations, R&D and sales on product transfers.

The role requires a Master’s or engineering degree with QA experience, HACCP, FSSC/BRC training, and strong English.
